Reporting to the General Manager, the Manager will be responsible for the management of the insurance division championing its growth within the industry, guiding staff, identifying opportunities in the industry and developing innovative tailor made products.

- Manager Insurance - 1 Post - Ref: VEISL/MI/2016/1
- Bachelor`s degree in insurance from a recognized institution of higher learning. Master`s degree in the related field will be an added advantage
- Minimum eight (8) years` experience, 5 of which should be in senior management position in the insurance industry
- Ability to relay technical issues in a simplified format
- Insurance Surveyors / Risk Managers` 15 Posts - Ref: VEISL/ISR/2016/1
- Bachelor`s degree or diploma in insurance from a recognized institution of higher learning.
- Professional qualification in risk management or insurance surveying.
- Minimum eight (5) years` experience in insurance surveying or risk management.
- Ability to generate clear, precise technical reports
- Claim Settling Agents - 15 Posts - Ref: VEISL/CSA/2016/1
- Bachelor`s degree or a diploma in insurance from a recognized institution of higher learning.
- Minimum five (5) years` experience in claims management.
- Loss Adjusters - 15 Posts - Ref: VEISL/LA/2016/1
- The applicant or principal officer should possess qualification in loss adjustment from a recognized institution.
- Minimum five (5) years` experience in insurance loss adjustment.
- Insurance Investigators - 15 Posts - Ref: VEISL/II/2016/1
- The applicant must be a holder of Certificate of Proficiency (COP).
- Minimum two (2) years` experience in insurance investigation.
- Motor Assessors - 30 Posts - Ref: VEISL/MA/2016/1
- The applicant must be a holder of Certificate of Proficiency (COP) examination with a pass in Motor Insurance Assessors.
- Degree of diploma in automotive engineering.
- Minimum five (5) years` experience in motor assessment.
